Baker Tilly (Malaysia) ("the Organiser") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the venue, programme, speakers, schedule, event platform, time, or date of the symposium should circumstances beyond the Organiser's control arise. The Organiser shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by delegates as a result of such changes. The Organiser also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice where reasonably necessary. By submitting the registration form, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions set out herein.

Cancellation Policy

• Baker Tilly (Malaysia) reserves the right to cancel the symposium under any circumstances that render the event non-viable. In such an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
• Should the event be postponed, registrants may choose to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the same event on the new date.
• Refunds will not be provided to registrants who choose not to attend the event.
• Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual of their choosing. Requests for transfer must be submitted via e-mail to corp.comm@bakertilly.my at least 48 hours prior to the event.
