NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the creditors of Vision Team Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) are required on 16 November 2021 at 11.00 a.m. to attend the meeting of creditors. The meeting of creditors will be held virtually and broadcasted at Baker Tilly Tower, Level 10, Tower 1, Avenue 5, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
Please note that only the creditors who have filed their claims via the Form 55 – “Proof of Debt General Form” with the Liquidator shall be eligible to attend the meeting of creditors. If you are a creditor of the Company who wishes to attend the said meeting, kindly submit a duly completed original Form 55 together with all the original/certified true copy supporting documents, i.e. contracts, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, statement of accounts, etc., to the Liquidator’s office by Wednesday, 10 November 2021. In the event you have submitted the Form 55 to the Liquidator, you are not required to resubmit the same, unless you wish to revise your previous submission.
