Your Safety is Our Priority
As Baker Tilly Malaysia continues to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our people, our clients and our community, several safety guidelines have been put in place for our main office in Bangsar South City, as per the Standard Operating Procedure requested by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and Malaysia National Security Council (MKN) to curb the spread of COVID-19:
- General health and wellbeing
a) Cleaning and sanitisation processes around office premises are carried out regularly.
b) Hand sanitisers have been placed at all public areas around the office premises.
c) Employees are required to wear a mask at all times while within office premises.
- Office Visitation Policy
a) Visitors must register themselves via an Online Health Declaration Form here prior to visiting our office.
b) Visitors are required to wear a mask before entering the office premises. The face mask should be kept on at all times while within office premises.
c) Visitors will undergo temperature checks at the Security Counter on Ground Floor before entering the office premises. Entry will be denied if the temperature recorded is more than 37.5°C.
- Social distancing within office premises
a) Only five (5) individuals are allowed in an elevator at all times.
b) Employees are encouraged to utilise available virtual meeting platforms to facilitate discussion with clients. Physical meetings will only be arranged when necessary and with prior approval.
c) Namaste greetings are encouraged instead of handshakes.
d) Physical meeting participants are to keep a one-metre distance from each other.
e) The duration of all physical meetings is limited to 30 minutes only.
